Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:
In-stock items will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of your order (weekends and holidays excluded). Items that are out of stock will be backordered. Because shipping charges are calculated on the total order there is no additional charge for back ordered items.

Any items that are customized or special ordered may require additional time to complete the order. We will advise you with an estimated shipping date.

Quality Items of Montana uses flat rate shipping charges. Charges are based on total purchase price. Our rates are:

  • $0 - $49.99: $6.00
  • $50.01 - $99.99: $8.00
  • $100 and over: No Charge

Quality Items of Montana does not add any handling charge to any order.

RETURNS
You may return most items sold within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Quality Items of Montana prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, Oregon Scientific stands behind their products - each product carries the full available manufacturer's warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for replacement, exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

You will receive 100 percent of the purchase price under the following conditions.

Returned items must:

  • Be undamaged and in like-new condition (if defective you must consult the manufacturer for warranty support)
  • Not been installed outdoors (Weather Stations, Sensors or any accessories)
  • Include all original packaging materials and manuals
  • If original packaging is damaged a restocking fee of 30% will be applied
  • Include the sales receipt or copy of your internet order
  • Be returned within 30 days
To return an item to Quality Items of Montana, please follow these three simple steps to assure quick processing and to receive full credit, less shipping and handling for the item you are returning.

1) Email Quality Items of Montana at sales@qualityitemsofmontana.com and include: your order number, the name of the item, date purchased, and your name, address and phone number. We need this information to verify your order. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund.

2) A customer service representative will respond to your email within 48 to 72 hours and will issue you a return merchandise authorization number once your order is verified. Please write the RMA number on the packing slip inside your package and on the outside of your package. Please note that we cannot process returns without an RMA number.

3) Return the unused item and all of its original packaging. We recommend that you ship the item insured as we cannot offer refunds for packages that become lost en route. We will provide you a return address in the response to your email.

Once your authorized return is received it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Your purchase will be refunded or an exchange will be shipped within seven days.

All unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. Please note that items that show signs of wear or have been altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Refused Packages:
Please do not place an order with us if you anticipate that you may refuse the package upon delivery. In all cases of refused packages, shipping and handling services will not be refunded. If you place an order with us, and refuse the package upon delivery, all further orders placed by you will be immediately cancelled; no exceptions.

All refunds will be issued by check.
